The Campsite
San Nicolò Campsite is the only campsite really located in the city of Venice. We are precisely on the Lido of Venice, an island that divides the sea from the Venetian lagoon. Right in front of Sant’Elena area, in the Castello district, not far from the heart of the historical city center, it allows you to reach Piazza San Marco in 15 minutes and the beaches in 10 minutes.
The mobile homes
The campsite is provided with 6 mobile homes that can accommodate up to five people, using the sofa bed in the dining area as a bed. Inside the mobile home there are: a bathroom with shower, a small kitchenette with refrigerator and dishes, a bedroom with a double bed and one with 2 single beds that cannot be joined. Sheets are provided but not the towels. The houses do not have air conditioning. Final cleaning is included in the rate. Stays longer than a week include a change of sheets every seven days.
We require a minimum stay of 2 days.
Camper / van places
We have 13 locations for campers and vans on grass, partially shaded by trees. The use of electricity is included in the rate of the assigned pitch. A dedicated area is available for the unloading and loading of water.
The tent's pitches
The dedicated tent area gli alberi garantiscono una parziale ombreggiatura. Non è previsto l’utilizzo della corrente elettrica che è comunque possibile richiedere al momento della prenotazione con un costo supplementare indicato in listino.
Tents for hire
The campsite has a tent rental service. We will assemble them for you so that you can find them ready for use upon your arrival.
The use of electricity is not provided for the tents. However, it is possible to request its use when booking with an additional cost indicated in the price list.
The gazebo
In addition there is also a pleasant gazebowith tables and chairs, a refrigerator available for guests staying in the tent and electrical sockets to recharge devices such as mobile phones and computers.

The bar
A bar opens in the morning from 07:30 to 10:00 and guarantees an excellent breakfast with tea, coffee, milk, cappuccino and freshly baked croissants. It is also possible to buy bottles of water, wine, beer and fruit juices, as well as some snacks.
